Terms & conditions

Your order

Submitting an order means we have received your request — it is not yet confirmed. Your order is confirmed once we have reviewed it and received your payment.

Price and payment

A personalised colouring book costs N$ 420. Delivery in Windhoek is free; courier delivery elsewhere in Namibia is quoted with your invoice. We send payment details after reviewing your order. Production begins once payment has been confirmed in our account.

Your photos

By uploading photos you confirm that you took them or have permission to use them, including permission from the people shown. We may decline photos that are unsuitable or too low in quality, and will contact you to replace them.

Delivery time

Books are ready approximately three weeks after your order is confirmed. This is an estimate; we will tell you if there is a delay.

Changes and cancellations

Because each book is personalised, changes and cancellations are only possible before production starts. Please contact us as soon as possible.
